Contest: Design a new UTAU!

I've just been having a lot of difficulty trying to design a costume for my last and most likely final UTAU. Remember, it's a designing contest, so try to really get my attention!

Rules:

Anyone can enter this contest.
Up to two entries per person.
Message me this by note, and label it as "UTAU New Design".
All submitted entries must be submitted before December 31.
You may only enter in this contest if you're a friend of mine. And that means, I've had watched you or vise versa.

Information

Here is her bio.
Her name is Ritsu. Hosane Ritsu. ("Ritsu"; 律; Pitch, Rhythm- "Hosa"; meaning "help", "Ne" meaning "sound".)
She is 16 years old.
She is helpful (no duh), and likes music.
Her model is H05 and her program is TBA.
Contest ends on December 31, so you have a little more than a month.

Prizes:

First place will win three colored pictures of your choice. (Such as your character or canons from anime)
